Sharon Guy, VP of Control Growth Now
The Sarasota County 2050 Plan’s purpose is to prevent urban sprawl by limiting rural development to compact and mixed use, walkable communities that pay for their own infrastructure.
Recently, the public interest protections of Sarasota 2050 have been increasingly under assault by developers. Learn more about Sarasota 2050 and why it’s important to protect it.
