Wine, Cheese, & Politics – May 18th – Ruth’s List

On Monday, May 18th, we will welcome Marley Wilkes, the new Executive Director of Ruth’s List.

Ruth’s List was formed in 2008 with the goal to build a progressive Florida by recruiting, supporting, and electing pro-choice Democratic women to state and local office.

To date, Ruth’s List has trained more than 500 candidates, and provided coaching for and actively endorsed dozens of candidates for statewide office, the State Legislature, County Commissions, and key City Council races. Ruth’s List has endorsed local Sarasota City Commission Candidate, Liz Alpert.

The 6th Floor at 1350 Main Street (corner of Palm Ave. and Main Street).

Free parking is available on the street and in the Palm Avenue Garage)
