Young People Are Our Future
The Democratic Club of Sarasota’s Student Fund was established in 2012 to make it possible for high school and college students to attend Democratic events.
- Exposing our young people to great speakers through the Florida Democratic Party, the Sarasota County Democratic Party, and the Democratic Club of Sarasota will have a lifelong impact on how they view political and civic engagement.
- In return, we see these committed Democratic students giving back to our organization by volunteering at club events, at Democratic headquarters, and working with candidates.
- We are currently raising money to sponsor a table of students at the Sarasota County Democratic Party’s Kennedy-King dinner on February 23rd.
